Prepositions in Learner Usage (BRA)

Welcome to this questionnaire. It is part of a research project we are conducting in collaboration with Prof. Julia Schlüter at the Chair of English Linguistics, Bamberg University, Germany. Feel free to explore her institutional homepage if you want to know more about her research and teaching.

The questionnaire is directed at students of English and investigates problems with prepositions in learner usage. It consists of three parts:

  • The first one asks you to judge the acceptability of English sentences.
  • The second provides you with snapshots of linguistic research and collects your reactions to these findings.
  • The third gathers some anonymous metadata about you.

Completing the questionnaire will take roughly 15 minutes. Note that the questionnaire will time out and your answers will be lost if you do not complete it within 45 minutes.

Your data will be processed on an anonymous basis. There will be no possibility for any person at any stage of the processing to link the data with information on an identified individual.

Towards the end, you will be able to share any feedback about the questionnaire itself. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Julia Schlüter at the e-mail address indicated below.
